NEW MORNING FITNESS KICKBOXING CLASS!

Come join us for a fun & functional fitness kickboxing class! Class runs from 9-9:45 AM on Wednesday mornings. Bring gloves, a drink, and a towel and be prepared to sweat! You will set goals and achieve them. If you work hard, you reap the rewards! Your: Confidence, Self-Esteem, & Enjoyment of Life will all Soar! We will push and challenge you to do your best and support you along the way. You'll make friends, cheer each other on, and have a ton of fun as a result! We work hard, but smiles and laughter are a big part of how we do things too!

No experience necessary, all skill levels are welcome. This class will have minimal person to person contact. Most of the class is designed on heavy bags and pad-work.
